The Workforce Software rules engine automates the complex pay rules present in their workforce. The system interfaces with Oracle's E-Business suite for HR and payroll and Mincom's Ellipse work order and asset tracking system.

Approximately 2,000 employees use the Workforce Software system to report time and attendance via an online web-clock and employee self-service timesheet, as well as track labor cost information. Deployed on a Linux platform with an Oracle DBMS, the system also interfaces with PeopleSoft, Geac, and Novell eDirectory to seamlessly fit into their environment.
